To assemble the HeatWave SA7009 sauna, follow these steps:
1. Read all assembly instructions and safety warnings carefully before starting.
2. Ensure you have all the parts listed in the Parts Identifier section of the manual.
3. Choose a dry, level indoor location for the sauna.
4. Leave a minimum of 5 inches clearance between the sauna and any wall.
5. Make sure the main power cord can reach the outlet and remains easily accessible.
6. Avoid placing the sauna near water sources, flammable objects, or combustible materials.
7. Cover the sauna floor during assembly to protect the unfinished wood surface.
8. Begin assembly by placing the floor panel in the desired location.
9. Attach the right side wall panel to the floor panel, aligning it with the floor trim piece.
10. Attach the front right wall panel in the same manner, using the inner wall connectors to secure it to the right side panel.
11. Attach the back wall panel against the floor trim, ensuring it overlaps the right side wall panel. Engage the buckles from bottom to top.
12. Attach the left side wall panel to the floor, buckling it to the back wall panel.
13. Install the bench support heater panel between the side walls by sliding it into the trim pieces.
14. Connect the black floor heater plug and bench heater plug to the corresponding black plugs on the back wall panel.
15. Connect the white mood lighting bench plugs together tightly.
16. Place the bench seat with the bottom back wood strip over the board on the back wall panel. Attach it using two 2" screws.
17. Lift the roof above the sauna and place it on top of the walls, feeding the control panel and heater cables through the corresponding holes.
18. Secure the roof to the back wall using two 1-1/2" screws.
19. Secure the roof and floor from the interior using four 1-1/2" screws.
20. Slide the side wall glass into the slot on the left side wall and floor. Attach it to the floor using one 3/4" xxxx and black plastic washer. Attach it to the roof using one 3/4" xxxx and black plastic washer. Snap metal caps onto the plastic washers.
21. Attach the glass door hinges to the frame using six 1" screws.
22. Connect the heater cable plugs, control panel wires, and mood lighting on the roof to the corresponding wire connections coming up through the walls.
23. Feed the main power cable through the hole in the roof and plug it securely into the receptacle on the back of the power supply box.
24. Attach the door handle to the glass door using two 1-1/2" screws.
25. Install the back cover of the oxygen ionizer, attach the fragrance patch, and plug the power cable into the ionizer.
26. Attach the double towel hook using two 5/8" screws.
27. Plug the main power cable into a dedicated outlet.
