To assemble the HUDORA 65800 4 Square Trampoline with Safety Net, please follow the instructions provided in the manual. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Before assembly, make sure you have all the parts listed in the parts list. If any parts are missing, contact the service department.
2. Start by assembling the support group and the frame. Make sure all steel tubes are fitted into their respective opposite pieces. Use a rubber mallet if necessary. Ensure all push button connections are securely engaged.
3. Fit the jumping mat into the frame. Attach the springs at quarter or eighth circle intervals, following the illustrations in the manual. Use the special spring tensioner if more tension is needed. Attach the elastic bands in the corner joints and the bungee straps in the center of the mat.
4. Attach the lower net bars, making sure to insert the longer xxxx through the top hole and the shorter xxxx through the bottom hole. Tighten the xxxx connections hand-tight and position the foam tube above the trampoline frame.
5. Put on the edge cover and fasten it with the sewn-on elastic bands. Attach the slip-through protection to the mat using needle and thread, ensuring it fits tightly on each spring eyelet.
6. Insert the top ring rods into the net, then insert the ends of each rod into a tube connector and connect it using a xxxx and locking ring. Attach the top net rod to the tube connector.
7. Assemble the net poles by fitting the upper net poles and lower net poles together. Attach the net to the spring eyelets of the mat using the elastic straps around the frame.
8. Finally, tighten all nuts as the last step.
