To connect the IOIO OC 500YA IP Camera to your home network, you can follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have a web-capable smartphone with the Android (from 4.1) or iOS (from 8) operating system and the latest version of the Tuya Smart app.
2. Download the Tuya Smart app from the App Store or Google Play Store, or scan the provided QR code.
3. Connect the camera to the power adapter and plug it into a properly installed power socket. The camera will automatically turn on.
4. Use the hex key to align the camera properly.
5. Open the Tuya Smart app on your smartphone or tablet and add a new device.
6. Select the "Surveillance camera" device type in the Video surveillance area of the app.
7. Follow the instructions provided by the app to connect the camera to your home network. Make sure the camera and your smartphone/tablet are within range of the same home network (wifi).
8. Once the connection is established, you will hear an audible confirmation from the camera's loudspeaker.
9. Use the Tuya Smart app to further configure the camera settings and access its features, such as motion detection, remote access, intercom function, and shared access.
