To replace the front cover lens on the VULCAN 58201 Auto Darkening Welding Helmet, follow these steps:
1. Unlock the lens holder lock to remove the lens holder. Lift it up to remove or replace the front cover lens.
2. Remove the front cover lens from the shell.
3. If you are replacing the front cover lens, remove any protective film from both sides of the new front cover lens.
4. Install the new front cover lens into the shell in the same way it was removed.
5. Make sure the front cover lens is in place during welding, as weld spatter can permanently damage the auto-darkening filter and void the warranty.
