Note: It is important to clean the cabinet regularly to prevent corrosion and the build-up of mold or bacteria.
To clean the CLEAVER Dry Ageing Cabinet, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power and unplug the appliance.
2. Remove all items, including shelves and racks.
3. Wash the inside surfaces with warm water and a solution of 2 tablespoons of baking soda dissolved in one liter of water.
4. Wash the shelves with a mild detergent solution.
5. Wring excess water out of the sponge or cloth when cleaning the controls or any electrical parts.
6. Wash the outside cabinet with warm water and mild liquid detergent. Rinse well and wipe dry with a clean soft cloth.
