Mounting and Commissioning the Siemens SSA911.01ZB Connected Home Radiator Actuator:
1. Mounting:
- Ensure that the actuator is compatible with your radiator valve. The actuator is designed to fit on valves with M30x1.5mm thread.
- Remove the existing manual valve head from the radiator valve.
- Attach the actuator onto the valve by aligning the pins on the actuator with the slots on the valve body. Push the actuator down firmly until it clicks into place.
- Make sure the actuator is securely attached to the valve.
2. Commissioning:
- Before commissioning, ensure that the actuator is within the range of your home's Zigbee network.
- Follow the instructions provided by your Zigbee gateway or hub to add the actuator to your network.
- Once the actuator is added to the network, you can control it using the associated Zigbee app or compatible smart home system.
- Refer to the user guide of your Zigbee gateway or hub for detailed instructions on how to add devices to your network.
Notes and Warnings:
- The actuator operates on the 2.4 GHz frequency band. Make sure your Zigbee network operates on the same frequency.
- The maximum transmission power of the actuator is less than 8 dBm.
- For compliance with Directive 2014/53/EU, Siemens Switzerland Ltd provides a simplified EU Declaration of Conformity. The full text of the declaration can be found at the internet address: https://siemens.com/bt/download.
