To insert or replace the batteries in the STABILA TECH 700 DA, follow these steps:
1. Unscrew the battery compartment lid located on the front of the angle finder.
2. Insert new batteries according to the symbol indicated in the battery compartment. The angle finder requires 2 x 1.5V alkaline batteries, size Mignon, AA, LR6.
3. Make sure to insert the batteries correctly, aligning the positive (+) and negative (-) ends as indicated.
4. If you prefer, you can also use suitable rechargeable batteries.
5. After inserting the batteries, xxxx the battery compartment lid back on securely.
Note: If the LCD display shows a low battery charge, it is an indication to insert new batteries. When disposing of used batteries, make sure to do so at suitable collection points and not with household waste. If you do not intend to use the angle finder for some time, it is recommended to remove the batteries.
