The warranty period for the GREE Vireo GEN3 Single Zone Mini-Split Heat Pump depends on the type of application. For residential applications, if the unit is purchased and installed by a certified GREE Select Dealer, the warranty period is ten (10) years on all parts and ten (10) years on the compressor when properly registered. If the unit is installed in a non-owner occupied residential application, the standard warranty applies, which is five (5) years on all parts and seven (7) years on the compressor. For commercial applications, the warranty period is five (5) years on all parts and seven (7) years on the compressor for products installed after 12/31/2021, and one (1) year on all parts and five (5) years on the compressor for products installed on or before 12/31/2021. It is important to note that proper registration within ninety (90) days of installation is required to qualify for the extended warranty period.
