To install the C-LITE C-SW-A-S66L-SCCT-US-UC Series LED Stairwell Light, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect power before installation to avoid the risk of shock.
2. Install the luminaire in accordance with the NEC or your local electrical code. If you are not familiar with these codes, consult a qualified electrician.
3. The fixture is intended to be wall mounted. Remove the lens from the housing by squeezing it and lifting it away.
4. Remove the screws near the ends of the LED panel and flip the panel forward to expose the driver(s) and wiring compartment.
5. Remove an appropriate knockout from the fixture housing for supply wire entry.
6. Use the supplied cardboard mounting template to mark the locations of the mounting screws.
7. Install customer supplied #8 mounting screws at the marked locations, making sure the fixture is positioned to allow supply wires to enter through the chosen knockout location.
8. Feed the supply leads through the knockout and bring the fixture to the mounting surface. Pass the xxxx heads through the holes in the keyhole slots on the back wall of the fixture housing and fully tighten the mounting screws.
9. Select the desired CCT (Correlated Color Temperature) and fixture wattage using the DIP switches.
10. Wire the fixture per the appropriate Electrical Connections section. Note that dimming of the fixture will be controlled by the occupancy sensor.
11. Rotate the optics panel back up into position and reinstall the screws to retain the panel.
12. Reinstall the lens on the fixture by squeezing it and allowing the slots in the lens to engage with the flanges on the fixture.
13. Supply power to the fixture and refer to the Ultrasonic Occupancy Sensor- Operation and Programming section to properly configure the sensor.
