To install the Rally Innovations FO-R9F-SKP-01 skid plate on your 2021+ Bronco Sport, please follow these steps:
1. Locate and remove the four M8 Hex Head bolts that are fastened to the factory skid plate. These bolts will be replaced with the longer M8 Flange Head bolts included in the package.
2. Place the included round spacers over each mounting hole on the top side of the new skid plate.
3. Carefully raise the skid plate against the vehicle, aligning the holes on the skid plate with the holes on the vehicle. Make sure the round spacers are properly aligned so that each new M8x40mm Flange Head bolt inserts through them and into the vehicle.
4. Once all the bolts are inserted, tighten them securely using a 12mm wrench or socket for the M8 Flange Head bolts and a 13mm wrench or socket for the M8 Hex Head bolts.
5. Verify that the skid plate is securely attached to the vehicle and all bolts are tightened properly.
