To assign a new address to a KL731A Addressable Optical Smoke Detector using the Kilsen PG700N Device Programmer Unit, follow these steps:
1. Press the power on button on the device for three seconds to turn it on.
2. Attach the KL731A detector to the unit head by turning it clockwise until it clicks into place.
3. Select the P2 program mode option on the device. This program mode allows you to assign a new address and calibrate the detector.
4. On the device screen, you will see the current address of the detector. Enter the new address you want to assign to the detector using the buttons on the device.
5. Once you have entered the new address, the device will automatically calibrate the detector.
6. After calibration is complete, the device will display the new address and calibration status on the screen.
