To install the Puig 21131N R19 Frame Sliders on your Triumph Speed Triple 1200, please follow the instructions below:
1. Start by removing the fasteners that secure the chassis to the engine.
2. Mount the frame sliders on each side of the motorcycle as shown in the provided figure.
3. Tighten the set and place the caps.
4. All the screws that are replaced should be tightened to the torque specified in the OEM maintenance manual for your motorcycle. If no torque specifications are provided, you can use 54Nm for all M10 screws.
5. It is recommended to use medium strength liquid thread-locker (such as "Loctite") to secure all screws, bolts, and nuts.
6. After driving the first 50 km, make sure to check that all screws, bolts, and nuts are tightened to the proper torque.
Please note that if you are not a trained mechanic, it is advisable to contact a specialist for assistance in assembling the crash pads. Improper installation may result in damages, and Motoplastic, S.A. takes no responsibility for such damages. Additionally, it is important to understand that the use of crash pads does not guarantee full protection in case of an accident, and Motoplastic-Puig declines any responsibility in case of motorcycle damage.
