According to the user manual, the Midea MCH-90J15 Cooker Hood should be cleaned regularly to ensure proper function. The surface of the hood should be cleaned with hot water and non-corrosive detergent every two months. Additionally, the filter should be cleaned as well. To clean the filter, unplug the hood and remove the oil cup. Hold the glass panel and turn it out to clean it. After cleaning, insert the power plug and reassemble the hood.
