To change the battery in your PETZL TIKKA or TIKKA CORE headlamp, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the headlamp is turned off and remove it from your head.
2. Open the battery compartment by sliding the battery cover in the direction indicated by the arrow.
3. Take out the old battery and dispose of it properly according to local regulations.
4. Insert a new battery into the compartment, making sure to observe the correct polarity as indicated on the battery case.
5. Close the battery compartment by sliding the battery cover back into place until it clicks.
Note: The PETZL TIKKA and TIKKA CORE headlamps are compatible with AAA-LR03 alkaline, lithium, or Ni-MH rechargeable batteries. If you have the TIKKA CORE headlamp, you can also use the CORE rechargeable battery.
It is important to follow the instructions provided in the manual and ensure that you use the correct type of battery to avoid damaging your headlamp.
