To reset the maximum and minimum temperature values on the TFA 30.1065.xx Digital Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press the MAX/MIN button (located on the side of the thermometer) to display the maximum (MAX) and minimum (MIN) temperature since the last reset.
2. While the MAX or MIN temperature is displayed, press and hold the MAX/MIN button for 3 seconds.
3. The value will be reset to the current temperature reading, and the thermometer will return to normal mode.
Please note that this process should only be done when you want to clear the recorded maximum and minimum temperatures. If you do not need to reset these values, simply ignore this step.
