To clean the TESLA IC200B Induction Cooker, follow these steps:
1. Ensure the unit is powered off and unplugged from the socket.
2. Allow the surface of the cooker to cool down before cleaning.
3. Use a clean, soft cloth and mild detergent to remove grease, dirt, and stains from the unit's surface.
4. Avoid immersing the unit or power cord directly into water or any other liquid, as this can damage the unit.
5. Regularly clean the fan in the air vent of the unit using a soft brush or cotton stick to remove any dirt or debris.
6. Do not pull out the power cord directly during operation. To extend the appliance's life, press the "On/Off" button first, then unplug the power cord from the socket.
7. After powering off the unit, the fan will continue to run to cool the heating plate. It is recommended to remove the plug from the socket after the fan stops working.
8. If you are not using the unit for an extended period, remove the plug from the socket.
9. Some models may have a structural design to prevent cockroaches from entering the unit. If needed, you can use mothballs or equivalent cockroach repellent to protect the unit.
