To adjust the length of the insportline 24699 Trekking Pole, follow these steps:
1. Open the quick-release lever located on the pole.
2. Loosen the bolt to release the adjustment mechanism.
3. Adjust the length of the pole to your desired height.
4. Tighten the bolt to secure the adjustment.
5. Close the quick-release lever to lock the pole in place.
Please note that it is recommended to set the length of the poles so that your forearms are parallel to the ground. However, you may need to adjust the height based on the terrain. For example, you might lengthen the poles for downhill and shorten them while walking uphill for greater stability and control. Additionally, while traversing, it may be useful to hold the pole further down.
