To make a warranty claim for your CyberPower M550L Medical Grade UPS System, follow these steps:
1. Before contacting CyberPower, make sure you have the following information: your Product model number and the Purchase Date.
2. Visit the CyberPower website at www.CyberPowerSystems.com/support or call their customer support at (877) 297-6937.
3. If your Product requires warranty service, you will need to provide a copy of your dated purchase receipt or invoice.
4. Pack and ship the product to CyberPower along with all the claim forms provided by CyberPower. Make sure to show the Claim Number on the shipping label or include it with the product. You are responsible for prepaying all shipping costs and packaging the product properly for shipment.
5. All warranty claims must be made within ten (10) days of the occurrence.
Once CyberPower receives your product, they will inspect and examine it. If it is determined that a defect resulted in the failure of the Product during normal use, CyberPower will repair, replace, or refund the Product at their sole option. If the Connected Equipment was damaged due to the Occurrence, CyberPower will pay to repair or replace the damaged Connected Equipment, up to the maximum amount specified in the warranty.
