To assemble the Razor Hovertrax Kart, follow these steps:
1. Frame Assembly: Slide the front frame into the rear frame and adjust it to your preferred length. Tighten the adjustment xxxx to lock it into place.
2. Hand Lever Assembly: Insert the left and right-hand levers onto the frame. Use the washers and button head screws provided to secure them to the frame using a 6 mm Allen wrench.
3. Seat Assembly: Align the four holes in the seat with the four holes in the frame. Insert the four socket head screws provided and tighten them securely with a 6 mm Allen wrench.
4. Attaching the Hovertrax and Similar Products (not included): Before attaching the Hovertrax Kart to your Hovertrax or similar products, make sure the power switch on the Hovertrax is turned off. Loosen the button head screws on the left and right-hand lever brackets using a 5 mm Allen wrench. Pull the hand lever brackets apart to place the Hovertrax Kart on the foot platforms of the Hovertrax. Tighten the button head screws to securely attach the Hovertrax Kart to the Hovertrax. Hook the straps to the front and back of the hand lever brackets and pass them under the Hovertrax.
5. Attaching the Flag: Attach the flag to the Hovertrax Kart as desired.
