The grease filters on the Inspirados Compacta 60 Range Hood should be cleaned frequently, ideally every two months of operation or more frequently if the hood is used heavily. To clean the filters, remove them one by one from each closure and wash them with a detergent solution. For the aluminum filters, clean them every 15 days with neutral soap to prolong the life of the charcoal filters. Make sure the filters are dry before putting them back on. When reinstalling the grease filters, align the rear filter tabs with the exhaust slots, push the filter into position, and ensure it is firmly attached after assembly.
