To install the Shenzhen Caibo Technology X3 Automatic Wireless Car Mount, follow these steps:
1. Assemble the product and its accessories by tightening the ball head nut.
2. Find a suitable position in your car to fix the car mount.
3. Connect the product to a QC3.0 car charger or ≥PD18W car charger (optional) using the provided cable.
4. Insert the charger into the cigarette lighter.
5. Once powered on, the indicator light will be always on.
6. The car mount will automatically detect if there is a mobile phone on it.
7. If there is a phone on the car mount, the clamping arms will hold the phone in place.
8. If there is no phone on the car mount, the arms and bottom support will automatically open within 5 seconds, waiting for the phone to be placed on it.
9. When the phone is placed on the car mount, the bottom support will hold the phone, and the wireless charging coil will sense the metal parts of the phone through the FOD.
10. Depending on the size of the phone, the bottom holder and clamp arms will move simultaneously to the center of the coil to automatically clamp the phone and charge it (if the phone has wireless charging function).
11. If the phone does not support wireless charging, the indicator light will flash and turn off for 5 seconds. In this case, you may need to press the button to manually clamp the phone.
12. To ensure efficient and stable charging, the best wireless charging distance is ≤4mm and the phone should not have any metal or too thick phone case that may interfere with the charging process.
13. To remove the phone, simply click any button on the left or right side of the car mount. The clamp arms and bottom support will open to the maximum, allowing you to take out the phone. If the phone is not removed within 5 seconds, the car mount will automatically clamp it again.
14. If the car mount's light does not turn on or flicker, the button and wireless charging do not work, or the clamp arms do not open or close, please stop using the product and contact the seller for assistance.
