To install the NIVEAL LU97-6060MB H Sliding Semi Frameless Tub Door in Matte, please follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the user manual. Here is a summary of the installation process:
1. Attach rollers to hanger clips on both panels. Adjust the rollers as needed using the various holes in the hanger clip.
2. Measure the opening on the bottom and cut the bottom track 1/8" shorter than the opening.
3. Place the wall jamb over the bottom track, ensuring it is plumb. Mark hole locations, remove the jamb, and drill holes.
4. Repeat step 3 on the other side.
5. Apply a thin bead of silicone caulk on both bottom ledges of the bottom track. Place the bottom track into position and press down firmly.
6. Insert wall plugs into the drilled holes and tap them in with a rubber mallet.
7. Apply silicone into all 3 holes on each side. Use screws to attach the wall jamb to the wall in the top and bottom holes.
8. Use screws to anchor the wall bumper and bumper guide into the center hole on each side.
9. Measure the opening at the top of the wall jamb and cut the top track 1/16" shorter than the opening.
10. Place the top track over the wall jambs.
11. Install the outer door panel by lifting it up and into the top track. Be careful not to lift it by the towel bar or bump it against the metal track.
12. Install the inner door panel in the same manner as step 11.
13. Install the towel bars and handle.
14. Position the panel guide in the center of the bottom track. Drill holes through the xxxx holes in the guide and into the bottom track. Attach the guide to the bottom track using screws.
15. Install the safe slider clip.
16. Finally, caulk both sides of the shower door frame to seal it. Keep the area dry for at least 24 hours.
