There are a few possible reasons for this issue. First, please confirm that the device is turned on. Next, ensure that the wall switch connected to the lamp is turned on as well. Additionally, make sure that the lamp is not connected to any other devices. If the lamp cannot be connected and kept on for a long time, try turning off the wall switch connected to the lamp for a while, then turn it back on and restart both the device's Bluetooth and the APP.
