The warranty period for the GREE Livo GEN3 36000 BTU 18 Seer Wall Mount depends on the application. For residential applications, if the unit is purchased and installed by a certified GREE Select Dealer, the warranty period is ten (10) years on all parts and ten (10) years on the compressor when properly registered. If the unit is installed in an owner-occupied location with the original owner, subsequent owners or non-owner occupied residential applications shall only be eligible for the standard warranty. For commercial applications, the warranty period is five (5) years on all parts and seven (7) years on the compressor for units installed after 12-31-2021. For units installed on or before 12-31-2021, the warranty period is one (1) year on all parts and five (5) years on the compressor. It is important to register the installation to ensure warranty coverage.
