To mount the Blackburn 7149607 Grid Handlebar Bag on your bike, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your handlebars are compatible with the bag. The bag is designed to fit most handlebars.
2. Center the bag on the handlebar, making sure there are no cables, lights, or computers that could interfere with the bag's positioning.
3. Fully tighten both D-ring Velcro straps around the handlebar to secure the bag in place.
4. Attach the head tube bungee cord strap to further stabilize the bag. The bag should not wiggle when properly attached.

Note: Always make sure that the bag does not interfere with your bike's controls, wheels, or drivetrain. It is important to ensure that the bag is properly secured and closed before each ride. Do not over-tighten the straps, over-stuff the bag, or leave valuables unattended. Additionally, do not leave the bag on the bike while stored in the car or when driving.
