I was not pressing and holding the power button long enough, and when I was it was while the headset was on, not off.
Why is my BINNUNE wireless headset not connect to its dongle?
I have a Binnune BW01 headset, and bluetooth works fine, but whenever I want to connect it to the dongle, it just doesn't connect. The dongle just flashes blue, trying to connect, and the headset flashed blue and red, also trying to connect. I just left my headset sitting on my PC for about half an hour in dongle mode, trying to connect, but still nothing. I now am forced to use just bluetooth. Very annoying.

Never mind, I got it! I had to press and hold while the headset was off, but I was holding it while it was on.
