To charge the SmartSense Tag, you will need to use the included charging cable. The charging cable has a magnetic connector with two pins that is used to charge the Tag. Simply connect the cable to the device by aligning the pins with the charging port on the Tag. The charging port is located on the front or back of the Tag and is a MicroUSB port. Once the cable is connected, the LED status indicators on the Tag will show the charging state. The LED will be green when the charger is plugged in and the device is being charged. When the device is fully charged, the LED will turn off. Please note that the MicroUSB port is not a charging port but is available to connect any supported sensors, such as a high precision temperature sensor with probes.
