1. Make sure that the electrical circuit is free of voltage by turning off the master switch.
2. Loosen the allen screws on the side of the base and separate the mounting bracket from the fitting.
3. Install the backing plate securely using appropriate screws for your application. Seal all holes in the backing plate, including cable entry and xxxx holes. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
4. Connect the cable, using wire with an earth. Connect the earth wire first, followed by the live and neutral wires.
5. Affix the fitting to the mounting bracket and tighten the allen screws, ensuring they are tight to avoid any water penetration.
6. Apply silicon seal around the whole base plate to prevent water from getting into the electrical connections.
7. The color temperature and wattage are preset to 3000k and 7w. To change, remove the covers from the fitting by twisting them counterclockwise and set them aside. Remove the globes and select the desired color temperature and wattage by moving the switches on the side of the globe. Reinsert the globes into the lampholders.
8. Reattach the covers by turning them clockwise, making sure the seals are still in place and the caps are tight to avoid water penetration.
9. Carefully inspect all connections before switching the electric circuit back on.
