To set up the Vision Access webcam, follow these steps:
1. Positioning on a monitor: Grasp the webcam in one hand and open the flexible clip base with your other hand. Mount the webcam onto the top of the monitor, making sure that the foot on the flexible clip base is flush with the back of the monitor.
2. Connecting your webcam: Connect the USB adapter to your computer's USB port. It is a simple plug & play process, and no software download is needed.
3. Using your webcam: Once the webcam is connected to your computer via the USB cable, open the visual collaboration software of your choice (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex). Most collaboration software packages allow you to choose your devices. Simply select the JPL Vision Access for both microphone and camera.
Note: The webcam can also be used with Windows Hello facial recognition. To set this up, follow the instructions provided in the manual under the section "Setting Facial Recognition to the Camera on your Computer."
For further support, you can visit the JPL Telecom website and chat via Live Chat with one of their technical team members or email them at support@jpltele.com.
Please refer to the user manual for more detailed instructions and troubleshooting tips.
