To assemble the Goldair GBQR120 Universal Rotisserie, follow these steps:
1. Lay out all the components on a large flat surface and remove any plastic or protective material.
2. Ensure that all the parts listed in the manual are included in the box.
3. If your BBQ has lockable castors, make sure they are locked before assembling the rotisserie to prevent any movement.
4. Assemble the height adjustment bracket and the motor bracket to the sides of the BBQ by aligning the holes on the grill to the holes on the bracket and using the screws provided.
5. Slide the motor onto the bracket.
6. Assemble the rotisserie rod by tightening together the appropriate rods based on the number of burners on your BBQ. For a 4-burner BBQ, tighten rods A and C together. For a 6-burner BBQ, tighten rods A into B and then tighten C into B.
7. Insert the rotisserie rod into the motor and rest the handle on the other bracket.
Please refer to the instruction manual for detailed diagrams and further information on the assembly process.
