To connect the TELLUR TLl331451 Smart Wi-Fi Outdoor Camera to your Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your phone is connected to the 2.4GHz wireless network and you have access to the Wi-Fi password.
2. Download and install the Tellur Smart app on your iOS or Android device.
3. Open the app and create a Tellur Smart account if you don't have one already.
4. Set up your router to ensure it is using the 2.4GHz frequency band (the camera does not support 5GHz routers).
5. In the Tellur Smart app, click on "Add device" or "+" and select "Video Surveillance" followed by "Smart Camera (Wi-Fi)".
6. Make sure your router, smartphone, and the camera are close to each other.
7. Power on the camera and reset it until the status indicator is flashing quickly or a prompt tone is heard.
8. Click "Next" in the app and enter your Wi-Fi password. Click "Next" again.
9. Use the camera lens to scan the QR code displayed on your phone. When you hear a prompt sound, click "I heard a Prompt" to complete the configuration.
Please note that it is important to have a stable Wi-Fi connection and follow the instructions carefully to ensure a successful connection.
