To adjust the pendulum action settings on the Bosch PST 18 LI Jigsaw, follow these steps:
1. Locate the orbital action adjusting lever (number 11 in the product features diagram).
2. The pendulum action can be adjusted using four different settings: no pendulum action, low pendulum action, moderate pendulum action, and high pendulum action.
3. To select the desired pendulum action setting, move the orbital action adjusting lever to the corresponding position. Each setting is indicated by a symbol or number on the jigsaw.
4. The pendulum action setting affects the cutting speed, cutting capacity, and the type of cut. Experiment with different settings to find the one that works best for your specific cutting needs.
Note: The pendulum action should be adjusted based on the material being cut. For softer materials, a higher pendulum action setting may be more effective, while for harder materials, a lower pendulum action setting may be preferred.
