To mount the SEIFERT 6205303 Thermoelectric Cooling Unit Peltier on a control cabinet, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the flows of air leaving and entering the cooling unit, both internal and external, are not obstructed.
2. Before drilling the enclosure, make sure that the fixing elements and couplings will not interfere with the equipment inside the enclosure.
3. Once all mounting preparations are complete, proceed with the actual mounting operation.
4. Set the unit up on the cabinet, ensuring that the electrical connection is above the internal fan.
5. If the unit does not have a duct, xxxx the M6 locknuts and washers into the M6 set screws in the unit. If the unit has a duct, xxxx the M6 screws and washers into the M6 threaded rivets in the unit.
6. Ensure that the resistance of the earth connection between the cabinet and cooling unit is less than 0.1Ω.
7. Depending on the mounting situation, consider and adjust the condensation management.
8. To maintain the TYPE 4X rating, tighten the unit with a torque of 4.5 Nm, following the specified sequence.
9. Finally, check the dimension (H x W x D) and the electrical connection to ensure they are correct.
