To install the KUASSA Efektor DS3603 Distortion plugin on your Mac, please follow the steps below:
1. Download the installer file from the Kuassa website or the confirmation email you received after purchasing the plugin.
2. Double-click the installer file (.pkg) to start the installation process.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions provided by the installer.
4. The installer will automatically point to your Mac's default VST/VST3/AU/AAX plug-ins and Standalone path. If you want to customize the installation target to a specific folder, you can do so during the installation process.
5. After the installation is complete, the plugin will be installed in the following default folders:
- Mac Audio Unit (EfektorDS3603.component): /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/
- Mac VST (EfektorDS3603.vst): /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/Kuassa/
- Mac VST3 (EfektorDS3603.vst3): /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/
- Mac AAX (EfektorDS3603.aaxplugin): /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/
