There are a few possible reasons why the device is not outputting paper and making a cracking sound:
1. Incorrect loading of label paper: Make sure that you have properly inserted the label paper with the stickers facing up and left 0.1-0.2 inches of label paper outside the slot port. If the label paper is placed reversely, it will result in printing blank paper.
2. Paper jam or residue: Check if there is any label or residue sticking on the detectors on the cover or in the paper bin. Additionally, check if there is any residue or glue sticking on the print head. These can cause the label paper to not be detected properly and result in paper feeding issues.
3. Incompatible label paper: The L12 label maker is only suitable for Jadens label range. Using label paper from other brands may not work properly and can cause unsatisfactory printing results.
4. Incorrect label type selection: Ensure that you have selected the correct label type in the app before printing. Choosing the wrong label type, such as selecting "gap label" instead of "continuous label" for continuous label paper, can result in printing blank labels.
If you have checked and addressed these possible issues and the problem still persists, it is recommended to contact the seller or Jadens customer service for further assistance.
