To install and mount the Eltako F4T55E Wireless Sensor without Battery or Wire, please follow these steps:
1. Determine the mounting location: Ensure that the temperature at the mounting location is within the range of -20°C to +50°C. Also, consider the relative humidity, which should be below 75% on an annual average basis.
2. Prepare the necessary components: The scope of supply includes the frame R1UE55, a flat double rocker, an attachment frame, a mounting base, the wireless module, and an adhesive foil.
3. Mounting options: The wireless pushbutton can be mounted either as a single unit (80x80x15mm) or integrated into a 55mm switching system.
4. Mounting on a flat surface: If you choose to mount on a flat surface, you can either xxxx the mounting base onto the surface or use the enclosed adhesive foil to stick it to the wall, glass, or furniture.
5. Mounting in a 55mm socket box: If you prefer to mount in a 55mm socket box, use the sleeves provided for xxxx mounting. First, adhere the set comprising the mounting base, frame, and attachment frame with the latches pointing at the top and bottom. Then, snap on the set comprising the wireless module and double rocker.
6. xxxx connections: It is recommended to use stainless-steel countersunk screws (2.9x25mm, DIN 7982 C) for xxxx connections. Use rawl plugs (5x25mm) for both the screws and the 55mm switch boxes.
7. Teaching-in process: The wireless module integrated in the wireless pushbutton can be taught-in encrypted to compatible actuators of the Series 61, 62, 71, and FAM14. This process is described in the operation manual of the actuators. Ensure that the actuators bear the encryptable pictogram.
