To charge the Sylvania SP1043 Bluetooth Speaker, follow these steps:
1. Attach the Micro USB cable to the unit and plug it into a charger with a minimum rating of 5VDC 1A.
2. Make sure the USB cable is firmly plugged into the Micro USB jack on the speaker.
3. If the unit is completely discharged, it will take approximately 5 hours to fully charge at 5V/500mA.
4. During charging, the Red LED will illuminate. Once charging is complete, the Red LED will turn off.
5. It is recommended to charge the speaker completely before the first-time use.
Note: If you experience issues with the speaker not charging or not charging fully, make sure the USB cable is plugged in firmly, try a different USB charger, or try a different USB cable.
