To connect the DAP AUDIO Xi-5 Mini Speakers to your audio system, you have two options: using Speakon cables or Phoenix terminal connectors.
1. Speakon Connection:
- Use Speakon cables to connect the speakers to your audio system.
- Connect one end of the Speakon cable to the Speakon IN connector on the Xi-5 speaker.
- Connect the other end of the Speakon cable to the appropriate output on your audio system.
2. Phoenix Terminal Connection:
- Use Phoenix terminal connectors to connect the speakers to your audio system.
- Loosen the screws on the 4-pin Phoenix terminal power connector on the Xi-5 speaker.
- Insert the cables from your audio system into the Phoenix terminal connector, making sure to connect them correctly.
- Tighten the screws on the 4-pin Phoenix terminal power connector.
Please refer to the figures and diagrams in the user manual (pages 9-12) for more detailed instructions and visual representations of the connection setups.
Note: Always make sure to disconnect the mains power supply before connecting or disconnecting any cables.
