To install the betta Roman Battery-Operated Blind, follow these steps:
1. Check the marked width and drop sizes on the packaging against your original order.
2. Lay out the blinds at their intended location and remove the protective packaging.
3. Remove the supplied installation brackets from their packaging.
4. Use the appropriate screws for mounting to your desired application (e.g., Gyprock, timber, concrete, brick, steel, or aluminum). Note that screws are not provided.
5. Ensure that the correct anchorage method is used to support the weight of the blind and its operation.
6. Determine whether you need face fix or reveal brackets for your application.
7. Use a spirit level to ensure the brackets are mounted level.
8. Fix the required brackets in the necessary positions with equal spacing to accommodate load-bearing distribution (200mm from each end plus 1 bracket per 800mm based on track width).
9. Once the brackets are installed and leveled, the blind is ready to be installed into the brackets.
10. After installing the blind, operate it up and down twice to settle it after transportation. Check the mechanism's operation and ensure the fabric is not rubbing against any obstacles.
11. It is important to operate the blind carefully to prolong its life and maintain the warranty period.
Please note that the top and bottom limits of the blind have already been set, so no programming is necessary. If you have ordered multiple blinds, the remote has been programmed according to the order. Instructions for programming can be found in the remote box if needed. The settling time for the blind may vary, and it may take 4-8 weeks for the fabric to drop to the required length.
