To install a SIM card and SD card in your TECNO CG8H smartphone, please follow these steps:
1. Power off your mobile device.
2. Locate the SIM card and SD card slots on your phone. Refer to the picture provided in the user guide for the exact location.
3. Insert a SIM ejector tool or a small paperclip into the small hole next to the SIM card slot to eject the tray.
4. Place your SIM card(s) into the appropriate slot(s) on the tray. Make sure the gold contacts on the SIM card are facing downwards.
5. If you have an SD card, insert it into the dedicated SD card slot on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts on the SD card are facing downwards.
6. Carefully reinsert the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.
7. Power on your device and it should recognize the SIM card and SD card.
Note: It is important to power off your phone before inserting or removing the SIM card or SD card to avoid any potential damage to the device.
