To manually set the output current for charging your electric vehicle using the SHELL SEV Series Portable Electric Vehicle Charger, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the current button for 2 seconds to enter the output setting mode.
2. Press the current button repeatedly to select the desired output current. The available options depend on the voltage of your outlet:
- For 120 V: Choose between 12 A and 16 A.
- For 240 V:
- For model SEV-32-01: Choose between 12 A, 16 A, 24 A, and 32 A.
- For model SEV-40-01: Choose between 12 A, 16 A, 24 A, 32 A, and 40 A.
3. Release the button and wait for 2 seconds to confirm the selected output current.
4. The product will start charging automatically a few seconds after it is connected to the vehicle's charging socket.
Please note that the voltage is detected automatically and cannot be changed by the user.
