To install the Solis PLC CCO, please follow the steps provided in the installation guide:
1. Wall Installation:
- Use the 4 M4 x 10 cross screws to fix the unit to the wall.
- Apply a torque value of 1.2Nm when tightening the screws.
2. Din Rail Installation:
- Fix the PLC CCO with 4 M4 x 10 screws onto the mounting plate with a torque of 1.2Nm.
- Clip the PLC CCO into the guide rail.
- Use two M4 x 10 screws to fasten the PLC to the guide rail.
- Apply a torque value of 1.2Nm when tightening the screws.
3. Cable Connection:
- Strip off the insulation of the cables.
- Use a slot-type screwdriver to press the position in red and insert the A, B, C, and N wires into Pin 1, 2, 3, and 4 respectively. Neutral wire is not necessary.
- Connect the terminal to the PLC CCO as shown in the diagram.
- Connect the RS485 communication cable to either COM1 (RJ45) or COM2 (4 core connector).
- Connect the 12V power line to the PWR DC 12V port on the PLC CCO device.
Please note that all operations must be conducted by professional electrical technicians. Ensure that you disconnect any electrical connections and verify there is no live voltage before installation to prevent potential electrical hazards. Also, make sure the inverter AC switch is in the "OFF" position and the equipment has adequate ventilation for system performance. Avoid strong electromagnetic sources and heat sources nearby. Before doing any maintenance work, ensure the power is off.
