To insert the SIM card into the Jimi IoT VL501 LTE Vehicle Terminal, follow these steps:
1. Prepare a Nano-SIM card.
2. Remove the cover of the device using the notch provided.
3. Insert the SIM card into the designated slot, following the figure shown in the manual.
4. Slide up the card holder to lock the SIM card in place.
Note:
- After inserting the SIM card, the device will power on using its backup battery. If the backup battery is too low, the power-on process may fail. In such cases, it is recommended to plug the device into the cigar lighter of your vehicle.
- Make sure the SIM card is inserted correctly, has GPRS services activated, and is not in arrears. If the SIM card requires a PIN, please disable the PIN request.
