To use the jump start function on the COMPASS CPS07164 Jump Starter Portable Power Bank, please follow these steps:
1. Before using the jump start function, check the car documentation to ensure that no further steps are required to start the car in an emergency.
2. Make sure that the power bank's battery level is more than 25%.
3. Insert the clips cable into the power bank.
4. Connect the red clip to the positive (+) pole of the car battery and the black clip to the negative (-) pole of the car battery. It is important to connect the terminals correctly to avoid the risk of short circuit and damage to the product and the car battery.
5. Start the engine within 4 seconds of connecting the power bank to the car battery. If the engine does not start within 4 seconds, there may be a different problem than a discharged car battery.
6. Once the engine has started, disconnect the terminals from the car battery and then disconnect the connector from the power bank.
Please note that the jump start function should not be used on a frozen car battery, and it is important to follow the safety instructions provided in the manual to ensure safe usage of the product.
