To pair the Arteck HB086 keyboard with your device, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on the power toggle switch on the keyboard. The state indicator light will be on for 10 seconds and then turn off.
2. Press and hold the "FN+C" buttons together on the keyboard. The indicator light will start blinking.
3. On your device, go to the Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
4. Your device will automatically search for available Bluetooth devices. Look for the "Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard" in the list of devices and select it.
5. Once connected, the device will show that Bluetooth has been successfully connected, and the keyboard's indicator light will turn off.
Please note that for another Bluetooth-enabled device, you should verify the Bluetooth standard and compatibility before attempting to connect to the keyboard.
