The fan speed on the TopMate TM-2 (C302) Laptop Cooler Cooling Pad is adjustable using the fan speed control button. The cooling pad has a high-performance fan with a single speed setting. To adjust the fan speed, locate the fan speed control button on the cooling pad. Press the button once to turn on the fan at its default speed. Press the button again to increase the fan speed. Keep pressing the button to cycle through the available fan speed settings. The cooling pad does not have a low setting, but you can choose the desired fan speed based on your cooling needs.
