To properly use the Megawise VS6621 Vacuum Sealer Machine, follow these steps:
1. Before using the appliance, make sure to read the user manual carefully and follow the safety instructions provided.
2. Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance matches the local mains voltage before connecting it.
3. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged power cord or plug. If the cord or appliance is damaged, it should be returned to an authorized service center for repair.
4. To disconnect the appliance, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet. Do not pull on the cord to disconnect it.
5. Do not use an extension cord with the appliance.
6. When not in use or for cleaning, unplug the cord from the power outlet.
7. Avoid using the appliance on wet or hot surfaces, or close to a heat source.
8. Do not immerse any part of the appliance, power cord, or plug into water or other liquids.
9. Use the appliance for its intended use only and use accessories or attachments recommended by the manufacturer.
10. Closely supervise children when using the appliance and do not allow it to be used as a toy.
11. The appliance has a polarized plug, so make sure to plug it into a polarized outlet correctly. If the plug does not fit fully, reverse it. Do not change the plug in any way.
To use the functions of the vacuum sealer machine:
1. The machine has different buttons for different functions. The "Dry/Moist Food Settings" button allows you to select the appropriate setting for sealing dry or moist food. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate when the function is selected.
2. The "Seal" button is used to seal the bag, regardless of whether it has been vacuumed or not. Wait for 30 seconds between seals to allow the appliance to cool down.
3. The "Vac & Seal" button is the most frequently used function. Press this button to vacuum package and seal the food airtight with a single touch. Wait for 60 seconds between uses to allow the appliance to cool down.
4. The "Stop" button can be pressed during any working status to stop the current processing immediately.
5. The indicator lights will illuminate when the appliance is under any process.
To vacuum seal food:
1. Put the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber, making sure not to block the vacuum nozzle.
2. Close the lid and press on both ends of the lid until you hear a "clicking" sound, indicating that the lid is properly locked.
3. Start the sealing or vacuum & seal process. When an indicator light turns off, the process is completed.
4. Press the unlock button at both ends to open the lid and remove the sealed bag.
