It is not recommended to cook frozen food in the Crock-Pot 2-QT Round Manual Slow Cooker. It is best to thaw the food before placing it in the slow cooker. Thawing the food ensures that it cooks evenly and reduces the risk of bacteria growth. To thaw frozen meat, you can place it in the refrigerator overnight or place it in cold water until thawed. Never thaw meat on the counter or in hot water. Once the food is thawed, you can then cook it in the slow cooker according to the recipe instructions.
