According to the user manual, the True HEPA filter in the MOOKA EPI810 H13 HEPA Filter Air Purifier should be cleaned or replaced every 3 to 5 years. To clean or replace the filter, rotate the xxxx on the main unit anticlockwise and pull it out. Then, remove the base and take out the True HEPA filter. You can clean the filter or replace it with a new one. After cleaning or replacing the filter, reassemble the product in a clockwise fashion. It is recommended to perform this maintenance in a well-ventilated place outside of the clean room, as a large quantity of dust is generated during the process.
