According to the user manual, you can use the massager for 15 minutes at a time. The massager has a built-in timer that will automatically shut off after 15 minutes of continuous use. It is recommended to allow the massager to cool down for 30 minutes before using it again. Using the heat function for more than 15 minutes at a time is not recommended.
